The Canaccord Genuity Jersey Half Marathon is a scenic, fast road race which attracts up to 800 runners. Started in 1989 The Jersey Half Marathon is now in its 34th year.
The Canaccord Genuity Jersey Half Marathon will follow the route that was followed in 2022, a fantastic scenic route that explored the lanes and coastline of Jersey’s West Coast. Starting and finishing at the Les Quennevais Cycle Track, runners will enjoy a a looped course that is mainly flat. There is however a sting in the tail, with a sharp hill at La Corbiere.

The 32nd Island Walk will take place on 17 June 2023. The premier Island walk has become one of the Island’s largest one-day fund raising events.
The tough walk is a stark contrast with the beauty of the route that passes along Jersey’s beautiful coastline, sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and stunning countryside. The event is split into 3 categories:
The gruelling nature of the walk is what sets it apart from other charity events and why over the years more than 28,000 participants have raised £2.6 million with every penny raised by walkers being distributed to local charities.

The Jersey Triathlon is the most Southerly triathlon of the British Isles and one of the most exciting, challenging and picturesque courses in Britain. The event is centred around Jersey’s waterfront in St Helier, providing seamless transitions from swim to bike and bike to run.
The Jersey Triathlon now operates with four different race categories, thus offering a distance for all levels of ability to participate. The largest of the races remains the ‘Standard’ distance, but the event also has a ‘Super Sprint distance and a ‘Jersey Sprint’ distance, which is a variation on the normal Sprint distance (where bikes course is a longer 40km). The event also operates a multi distance Junior Triathlon on the same day.

The Watersplash
Jersey’s favourite surf festival, Good Vibrations, returns to officially kick off the Summer from Saturday 24 June 2023. The event, hosted in aid of Mind Jersey, encourages attendees to dig out some retro ‘fits and head down to the Watersplash Jersey for a day of sunshine, music and good vibes. Activities on the day include Surf Competitions, Beach 5 a side football, volleyball, workshops and much more.

First staged in 1902 in celebration of a Royal Coronation, The Jersey Battle of Flowers has grown over the past century to become one of the largest floral carnivals in Europe, and is without doubt, a major highlight in Jersey’s calendar of festivals and events.

Welcome to the 25th Edition of the combined clubs’ Jersey Regatta kindly sponsored by leading offshore law firm Carey Olsen. I am pleased to report that preparations are well in hand for what, we anticipate, will be a bumper year for this annual sailing jamboree, an open event that promises a very warm welcome for local and visiting boats, alike.
The format of three days’ racing along with a lively social programme is designed to give everyone the opportunity to unwind, have fun and, generally, enjoy the camaraderie to be found in our clubs.
On the water, dayboat, dinghy, sport catamaran and windsurfer classes will compete over courses laid in the beautiful arena of St Aubin’s Bay whilst the cruiser/racer fleet will be racing to the south and in adjacent coastal waters.

3D Events and Vaughan Robinson are delighted to launch the second edition of Swim Run Jersey , which will take place on Saturday 9 September 2023. The event will provide athletes with a challenging course around Jersey’s dramatic coastline, including many technical entries in and out of the sea. This event offers you the opportunity to (safely) take on one of the biggest tides in the world and also see the natural rugged beauty of our historic island.
The event will continue the swimrun standards already set in Jersey and will be available to solo and teams (two people) depending on the course distance. In 2023, we are again operating; Full Course from Gorey Castle to Portlet (teams only), Sprint Course from Gorey Castle to Sorel (solo and teams) and a new Experience Course from Gorey Castle to St Catherine’s (solo only).

Weighbridge, St. Helier
Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon is “a small race, with a very big atmosphere” as a firm fixture in islanders’ calendars, all runners can expect huge support from local residents around the entire route.
The race is split into three categories, Marathon, Relay Race and 3K Fun Run, attracting over 2,500 entrants with over 60% of marathon runners coming from off-island. The event welcomes a variety of runner types, elite athletes compete for prize money and times, while corporate teams vie for the prestige of winning the trophy and many others compete to do something truly amazing for the benefit of others. Why not make this marathon your first?
The event starts and finishes in the Weighbridge area, in the heart of St. Helier, Jersey’s capital. Crossing the finish line in Jersey is a special occasion, with large crowds and full media presence, runners can expect a thunderous reception as they complete the course.

Embrace the community spirit and participate in the ancient art of making Black Butter which takes place over three days at The Elms, the headquarters of the National Trust for Jersey. Apples grown for cider were once Jersey’s main crop. Today fewer cider apples are grown but the making of black butter (Le Nièr Beurre) carries on.
